This is an excerpt from class one of the Empower Kickboxing Introductory Course. The two class course is designed to introduce and motivate the prospective students to join the school.
There are no traditional skill taught. However, the atmosphere of respect and courtesy is always present. It just doesn't need an Asian reference to exist.
Notice also we call it an Introductory Course not a Trial Course. Introductory implies "you're just getting started."
Trial implies, "your school is on trial. Convince me."
